The Classic Wash Day Routine
- Wash with shampoo or Co-Wash choose one that matches your collection (Acticurl, Actiforce, etc.).
- Apply conditioner or a hair mask —leave on for 3–5 minutes if using as a conditioner, or 30 minutes if using as a mask. Comb through and detangle the curls, then rinse.
- Apply leave-in conditioner to towel-dried hair, working it in section by section. Do not rinse.
- Optional: Use curl oil as a step for high-porosity hair.
- Style with Curl Activator Gel, Mousse, or Jelly—scrunch into damp curls.
- Dry using the diffuser or let it air dry.
