Shipping
We ship your curl care products daily at 3 p.m. directly from Switzerland with tracking. You can choose between Priority (delivery on the next business day) or Economy (delivery on the second business day). Starting Friday, you can also choose Priority Saturday delivery—so your package will arrive on Saturday.
Shipping costs in Switzerland depend on the order value and shipping method:
- Economy Standard shipping: from approx. CHF 5.90 – delivered to you on the next working day.
- Priority Express shipping: approx. CHF 9 – delivered to you the next business day.
- Free priority shipping on orders over $150 Order value within Switzerland.
Options with signature or priority Saturday delivery are also available.
Yes! You can select the pickup option when placing your order. Your package will then be ready for pickup by 3 p.m. at the latest (except Sat/Sun) – and you can pick it up yourself around the clock. You will receive the exact address by email as soon as your order is ready.
