In short, yes! If a product is not 100% CG-safe, this is highlighted in red & bold under the ingredients. 

99.9% of the products you find at lockenkopf are CG-Safe, 

It has happened in the past that a product with silicone has crept in, these are marked and will not be reordered.

No, I have consciously decided against a quiz. Every hair is different and I believe that a standardised quiz cannot meet the individual needs of your curls.

Purchase on account

The option "purchase on account" is handled by a company called PowerPay, which is an independent payment service provider and not Lockenkopf. The invoice comes 5 days after the shipment, by mail to you. Sometimes this invoice hides in the spam folder, if you can not find it there, write me a mail, I will then ask PP to send you the invoice again.

Please transfer only with this invoice to PowerPay and not to Lockenkopf. 

For outstanding invoices, PowerPay automatically sends an invoice by post after 30 days, but this is associated with an additional cost of CHF 1.50.

But of course, just add the product to your "Wish List" and you will be automatically notified when the product is available again.

Shipping

We ship daily at 3pm from our warehouse in Zug. 

Priority parcels should arrive the next day and Economy parcels will arrive in two days.  

You can select the shipping option "self pickup" at checkout. if you order (Monday - Friday) before 3pm, your package will be ready for pickup from 3:30pm. 

As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive an email from lockenkopf, with a map of where your parcel is hidden. 

The collection can take place at any time after receipt of the mail, 24/7. 

Orders for self-collection received after 3pm on Friday will not be ready until Monday lunchtime.    

Wenn Deine Bestellung Produkte enthält, welche Vorbestellt sind, dann wird die ganze Bestellung erst versendet, wenn alle enthaltenen Produkte wieder verfügbar sind.

after we send the parcels you will receive a shipping confirmation, in this confirmation there is a button "View my order" if you click on it, you will get to your order page, here you will also see your tracking code after shipping, just click on it and you will be redirected to the tracking page of the Swiss Post, where you can see all information about your orders.

Please do not wait too long so that we can track down your parcel promptly.  

From the moment lockenkopf hands over an order to the post office, the post office is responsible for the shipment and the proper delivery of the same. If your order has been delivered according to tracking, but you cannot find the package, please contact the post office directly with your tracking number in order to make an enquiry.    

This is very annoying, but unfortunately happens from time to time. 
Please write me an email after receiving a broken product, preferably with a photo of the misery. lockenkopf will replace damaged products of course!  

This is not a problem, you can add more products by placing a new order. Just write in the comment field (in the shopping cart) "please add to my previous order" and we will refund the second shipping cost once your order is shipped. 

Attention: Mon-Fri the mail will be picked up at 15.00, if your first order is before 15:00 and the 2nd after 15:00, then unfortunately they can not be packed together).          

Wenn Du uns die richtige Adresse mitteilst bevor die Post es bei uns abholt, dann können wir das problemlos korrigieren. Sollte das Paket aber schon weg sein, dann wird es erst, nachdem die Post es an uns retourniert hat, erneut los gesendet. Leider müssen wir dafür erneut Porto verrechnen.

Lockentaler & Discounts

If you open a customer account at lockenkopf , you will be credited with "Lockentaler" for your orders.
Whenever you have unlocked a reward, you will find it in the browser window on the bottom right, via the button "REWARDS" the codes you can copy there and paste at checkout in the field provided.

Leider können wir vom System her nachträglich keine Codes mehr abziehen. Wenn die Codes kein *Verfallsdatum haben, kannst Du diese jedoch bei Deiner nächsten Bestellung wieder anwenden. Die Lockentaler-Codes verfallen nicht. Lediglich die Codes aus den Newslettern (Lockenpost) haben ein Verfallsdatum.
