CurlyGirl method
In short, yes! If a product is not 100% CG-Safe, this is highlighted in red and bold under the ingredients.
99.9% of the products you find at lockenkopf are CG-Safe,
it has happened in the past that a product with silicone has crept in, these are marked and will not be reordered.

Purchase on account
The "purchase on account" option is handled by a company called PowerPay, which is an independent payment service provider and not Lockenkopf. The invoice will be sent to you by email 5 days after shipping. Sometimes this invoice hides in the spam folder, if you can't find it there, write me an email, I will then ask PP to send you the invoice again.

Please only use this invoice to transfer money to PowerPay and not to Lockenkopf.
For open invoices, PowerPay will automatically send an invoice by post after 30 days, but this will incur additional costs of CHF 1.50.
Products
But of course! Simply click on the "Notify me when available again" button for sold-out products , enter your e-mail address - and you will be notified automatically as soon as the product is available again.
You can easily search for specific ingredients with us: In the search field, enter a minus sign in front of the ingredient you want to avoid - for example "-glycerin". The result will show you all products without this ingredient. You can then use the filters on the left to narrow down the results further, for example by "product type", to select exactly the categories that interest you.
Shipping
We ship daily at 3 pm from our warehouse in Zug.
Priority parcels should arrive the next day and Economy shipments should be with you in two days.

Self-collection made easy!
You can simply select the "Self-collection" shipping option at the checkout. If you order Monday to Friday before 3 p.m., your parcel will be ready for collection from 3:30 p.m. at the latest. As soon as everything is ready, you will receive an email from us - including a small treasure map showing you where your parcel is waiting for you.
When and where?
Once you have received the email, you can collect your parcel at any time from the address provided.
Orders received after 3 p.m. on Fridays will be ready for collection from midday on Mondays.
If your order contains products that have been pre-ordered, the entire order will only be dispatched once all the products it contains are available again.
after we send the parcels you will receive a shipping confirmation, in this confirmation there is a button "View my order" if you click on it, you will get to your order page, here you can also see your tracking code after shipping, just click on it and you will be redirected to the tracking page of the Swiss Post, where you can see all information about your orders.
If the status of the shipment has not changed after 2-3 days (and the package has not arrived) please send me an email to shop@lockenkopf.ch
Please do not wait too long so that we can track down your parcel promptly.
From the moment lockenkopf hands over an order to the post office, the post office is responsible for the shipment and the proper delivery of the same. If your order has been delivered according to tracking, but you cannot find the parcel, please contact the post office directly with your tracking number to make an inquiry.
This is very annoying, but unfortunately it happens from time to time.
Please send me an e-mail after receiving a broken product, preferably with a photo of the problem. lockenkopf will of course replace damaged products!
That's no problem, you can add more products by placing a new order. Just write in the comment field (in the shopping cart) "please add to my previous order" and we will refund the second transportation costs as soon as your order is shipped.
Attention: Mon-Fri the mail is picked up at 15.00, if your first order is before 15:00 and the 2nd after 15:00, then unfortunately they can no longer be packed together)
If you let us know the correct address before the post office collects it from us, we can correct it without any problems.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will unfortunately have to charge the additional shipping costs for resending.
Returns
Yes, of course you can return unopened products to lockenkopf within 14 days. Please enclose a note with your name, the order number and the word "Return". This way, our warehouse team will know exactly where the parcel came from and how to process it.

lockenkopf does not cover any return costs.
At lockenkopf, refunds are made automatically in the form of store credit. This is credited directly to your Lockenkopf account and can easily be used as a means of payment at the checkout for your next order.
If you would prefer to have the amount refunded to your original means of payment, please let us know - we will of course arrange the chargeback accordingly.
Lockentaler & Discounts
If you open a customer account with lockenkopf, you will be credited with "Lockentaler" for your orders.
Whenever you have unlocked a reward, you will find it in the browser window at the bottom right, via the "REWARDS" button. You can copy the codes there and paste them into the field provided at the checkout.
Unfortunately, the system does not allow us to deduct codes retrospectively. However, if the codes do not have an *expiry date, you can use them again with your next order. The Lockentaler codes do not expire. Only the codes from the newsletters (Lockenpost) have an expiry date.
Enter your code in the field provided at the checkout.
You will find it on the right under your shopping cart listing, labeled: "Gift card or discount code".
Unfortunately, the system does not currently allow multiple codes to be used at the same time.
(Not cumulative)
Our shopping cart gifts cannot be combined with discount codes. If you want to use a code, you should manually remove the shopping cart gifts from the shopping cart beforehand (sometimes they have to be deleted twice). You can see at the checkout in the summary whether they have been removed - only then should you enter the discount code.
