Pick Up in Person
At checkout, you can select the "Pickup" option. Your order will then be ready for pickup by 3:00 p.m. at the latest (except Saturdays and Sundays) and can be picked up at any time.
You’ll receive the exact address where your package is waiting for you in the pickup notification, which will be sent to you via email.

Of course, every order you place with lockenkopf is shipped as quickly as possible. Orders received by 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Shipping costs are based on the rates set by the postal service:

Liability & Service of Process
We carefully package all orders and hand them over to Swiss Post daily (Mon–Fri) at 3:00 p.m. Once your package has been handed over to Swiss Post, delivery is the responsibility of Swiss Post.
Our shipments are sent uninsured. Once the shipment is dispatched, the buyer assumes liability for it. We therefore cannot be held liable for delivery issues, delivery errors, theft after delivery, or other problems that arise during transit or due to Swiss Post.
If the tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you haven't received it, you can file an inquiry with the post office. This is the only way to determine the whereabouts of a shipment.
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. If the address information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for delivery delays, returns, or undelivered orders.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be reshipped upon request. A shipping fee of CHF 7.00 will be charged for redelivery via Swiss PostPac Economy. In addition, you must cover the return shipping costs charged by the post office, which are typically CHF 7.50. Both amounts will be billed before the package is reshipped.

Yes, all products at lockenkopf are free from sulphates, silicones, mineral oils and animal testing. We select every product with the utmost care for your curly crown.

We ship daily at 3 pm from Switzerland. Priority will be with you the next working day, Economy in two days. Every order is tracked. You can find out more about shipping at here.
