Pick Up in Person
At checkout, you can select the "Pickup" option. Your order will then be ready for pickup by 3:00 p.m. at the latest (except Saturdays and Sundays) and can be picked up at any time.
You’ll receive the exact address where your package is waiting for you in the pickup notification, which will be sent to you via email.

Of course, every order you place with lockenkopf is shipped as quickly as possible. Orders received by 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Shipping costs are based on the rates set by the postal service:

Liability & Service of Process
We carefully package all orders and hand them over to Swiss Post daily (Mon–Fri) at 3:00 p.m. Once your package has been handed over to Swiss Post, delivery is the responsibility of Swiss Post.
Our shipments are sent uninsured. Once the shipment is dispatched, the buyer assumes liability for it. We therefore cannot be held liable for delivery issues, delivery errors, theft after delivery, or other problems that arise during transit or due to Swiss Post.
If the tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you haven't received it, you can file an inquiry with the post office. This is the only way to determine the whereabouts of a shipment.
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. If the address information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for delivery delays, returns, or undelivered orders.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be reshipped upon request. A shipping fee of CHF 7.00 will be charged for redelivery via Swiss PostPac Economy. In addition, you must cover the return shipping costs charged by the post office, which are typically CHF 7.50. Both amounts will be billed before the package is reshipped.
Mi piace molto quest'olio che lascia I capelli lucidi e idratati. Mi aiuta a sigillare le punte. Ottimo per il LOC, ottimo sui capelli asciutti a fine styling o i giorni successivi e anche la sera prima di indossare il bounce per andare a letto. Non ha un profumo particolarmente inebriante ma io lo trovo un ottimo prodotto
Toller Duft! Das Öl ist sehr reichhaltig, ich benutze es vor dem waschen.
Durch den Pumpspender kommt relativ viel Produkt auf einmal, von dem her ist es schwierig, es für das finish auf trockenem Haar richtig zu dosieren.
Schade ist, dass es nach ein paar Monaten schon ranzig geworden ist, auch wenn 12M auf der Flasche angegeben werden.
Leider ging der Pumpspender nach 1x Benutzen kaputt… Das Öl duftet fein. Ich benutze es eher als pre-wash als nach dem Waschen, da es sehr nährend ist.

super produkt und ist sehr angenehm. riecht gut und fühlt sich nachdem gebrauch toll an. die haare lieben es. inhaltsstoffe so wie es sein muss. nur zu empfehlen auch der tolle und unkomplizierte service
Leichte Konsistenz, ohne Kleben
Geniales Öl. Super ausgiebig. Benutze nur 1-2 Pumpstösse pro Anwendung und die Haare werden sehr geschmeidig. Der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Oder man fügt wie ich einfach ätherische Öle hinzu.
Finde den Geruch recht unangenehm und es macht ein fettiges Finish selbst bei einer kleinen Menge. Benutze es jetzt vor dem Waschen auf trockenem Haar und lasse es 10-15 Min einwirken. Im Anschluss wie gewohnt stylen. Das Öl auf diese Art angewandt zeigt dann zumindest bei mir super Ergebnisse!
