Application:
Apply the mask generously to freshly washed, damp curls — strand by strand from root to tip. Leave on for 15–20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For more intensive care: Put on a shower cap and leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes under heat (e.g., cap or hooded dryer), then carefully detangle and rinse.

Self collection 

You can select the "Pick up by yourself" option at the checkout, in which case your order will be ready for collection from 3 pm at the latest (except Saturday & Sunday) and can be picked up by you at any time.
