Building curls with the capillary plan

The capillary plan, for the most beautiful shape of your curls.

The Curl Chronogram, also known as the Capillary Plan, is a build-up plan for your curls that is made up of three different hair masks. The aim of this treatment is to hydrate, nourish and rebuild your curls. This effect is achieved by applying the different masks; you can choose between many different products. It is important that they are composed of the right ingredients.

Each of the individual phases of your capillary plan is tailored precisely to the needs of your curls. This gives it back everything that it loses either through natural influences such as sun rays, wind and salt water or through human influences such as straightening, blow-drying or the ravages of time  .

Who is the capillary plan suitable for?

The capillary plan is suitable for all those whose hair has been subjected to chemical processes and who have porous, brittle, damaged, dull and dry hair, or simply want to do something good for their locks to give them a healthy glow and bounce.

The capillary plan is suitable for all hair types , especially for curls and chemically treated hair. In the case of curls, there is natural wear and tear on the hair fiber because the natural oil that forms on the scalp cannot "glide" through the hair. It is therefore particularly important for your curls that you care for them properly.

The three phases of the capillary plan

Hydration - the moisturizing phase

Proper hydration is essential for the shine and suppleness of your curls. It is the basis of the capillary plan. The word hydration is derived from water - and that is exactly the function of this phase. Its job is to replenish the moisture and hair nutrients that your curls lose every day through external influences such as wind, sun, pollution and heat appliances such as hair dryers.

The natural water helps your crown to be more flexible against hair breakage and gives it a pleasant feeling of softness.

Vegetable glycerin is a natural moisturizer and conditioner. It is not chemically modified and is therefore able to achieve better results when it comes to the retention and absorption of water.

In the hydration phase, we mainly treat frizz and dry hair.

The following ingredients are particularly suitable for hydrating dry curls: Plant and fruit extracts, honey, sugar, milk, silk protein and glycerine.

Nutrition - the phase of oils

In the nourishment phase, masks are used to replenish the lipids in your hair strands. As a result, your locks regain more shine and are more beautifully defined. But what exactly are these lipids? Basically, they are fats produced by the sebaceous glands in the scalp. Their function is to give the hair strands a protective layer that makes them soft, flexible and shiny.

By using nourishing masks correctly, you can achieve long-lasting healthy curls and better moisture retention.

All nourishing oils and butters are suitable for the nutrition phase of the Capillary Schedule.

Reconstruction - the reconstruction phase

The reconstruction phase is about replenishing the capillary mass in the strands of your curls. Reconstruction is an essential step in healing brittle or porous curls and helps to restore the hair fiber. By using these care products, you will achieve silky, full and well-groomed curls.

The products of the reconstruction phase contain substances such as keratin, proteins and amino acids. Keratin in particular is of great importance in this phase. Keratin is a protein produced naturally in the body that makes up around 90% of hair texture. It is responsible for the strength, elasticity and resilience of the hair fibers.

The results of the reconstruction can be seen immediately after the first application. The hair already shows signs of recovery in texture and becomes stronger and more resistant. However, it is important to note that reconstruction products should only be used when your tresses really need it.

Choosing the right capillary plan

At lockenkopf you will find 3 different capillary plans:

  1. For happy curls that you simply want to give the best possible care so that your curls remain healthy and radiant.
  2. For slightly damaged curls that look dry and listless and need more love to regain their healthy radiance.
  3. For broken curls that have been chemically treated, bleached or dyed and need extra curl love to get healthy and bouncy again.

After you have followed your plan for four weeks, you can decide whether you want to continue with it for another four weeks or take a break for a month and then do another four-week treatment. It is important that you follow all the steps over the four-week period and do not skip any of them. At the end of each cycle, it is up to you to decide whether your curls already meet your expectations or whether you want to continue with another cycle.

Hallo Rosa Maria,
Das finde ich echt interessant, & richtig toll. Habe das noch nie vorher gehört. Ich denke darüber nach ein Kapillar Plan mal zu machen. Mit den richtigen Produkten. Das ist sicher das a& o am ganzen.
